Japanese Hot Pot!

A few weeks back, I gave you a glimpse at Chinese hot pot (which tends to be seafood-focused). Tonight, we peek at the Japanese version (which tends to be beef-focused)...

The spread!

Veggies!

Beef!

Sushi!

Assorted dumplings, fish balls, chicken, daikon, etc.

They also brought us a few kinds of noodles, tofu, and snack-like appetizers. The beef was actually unlimited (you could keep asking for more at no charge), but the first set was already much more than we could finish.
